Any license related request should either include the device serial number or the hardware key provided by IntelliGaze.

For complex service requests, please consider including detailed system information. It can be easily collected by running CollectLogs from the 'Tools' folder under your installation directory. Please attach the aleaLogs._zip file, which will be put on your desktop, to the service request.
